Where are your jewelry pieces crafted?
The jewellery is made in our Italian goldsmithing workshop. Our goldsmith and jeweller creates each piece with care and dedication, using artisan techniques handed down through generations.
What types of gold do you use?
All our gold jewelry is made of solid 18-karat gold (750/1000). We do not use coatings or plating of any kind.
Can I wear your jewelry in the shower and at the beach?
Solid gold jewelry resists oxidation and can be worn safely in the shower. We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with chlorine, perfumes and creams to preserve its shine over time.
Can I place a custom order?

Can I return a custom-made piece?
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is made to order and created especially for you. For all other jewelry, you have 30 days to return it.
Can i cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery takes 6 to 7 business days. Some charms may require additional processing time. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer, Scalapay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Installment payments available with Scalapay and Klarna.
