Shipping<\/b> Shipping is carried out within Italy and abroad and is free of charge. Delivery times are estimated at 4-5 business days for Italy and 5-10 business days for abroad, from receipt of payment. Specific times will be communicated during the purchase process.<\/p>\n
Right of withdrawal<\/b> Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of physically receiving the product. SIKLAH DI ORAZIO SPADARO voluntarily extends this period to 30 days<\/b> from receipt of the product, under the conditions set out on the Returns and Refunds page. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an explicit statement must be sent (e.g. by email) to info@siklah.com<\/b>. Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. Note:<\/b> Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods “made to measure or clearly personalized” (e.g. jewelry with engravings).<\/p>\n
Warranties<\/b> All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to the Consumer Code. In the event of a defective product, the user is entitled to have the product brought into conformity (repair or replacement) or, failing that, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.<\/p>\n
Liability<\/b> The seller is not liable for delays or service disruptions attributable to causes of force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather events, courier delays).<\/p>\n
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)<\/b> Consumers residing in Europe are informed that, pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524\/2013, in the event of a dispute, it is possible to file a complaint through an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Applicable law and competent court<\/b> These terms are governed by Italian law. For any civil dispute, if the customer is a consumer, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For all other cases (non-consumer customers), the exclusive competent court is that of Ragusa<\/b>.<\/p>\n
